Joseph J. Adipietro

Mr. Adipietro has 17 years of investment banking and leveraged loan capital markets experience. Mr. Adipietro was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Securities in the Syndicated Loan Group, where he was responsible for structuring and syndicating leveraged loans for corporate and private equity clients. He founded the asset-based lending business at Credit Suisse in 2003. Mr. Adipietro has extensive experience in both the cash flow and asset-based lending markets and has specific expertise in complex and innovative financing structures. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Adipietro was a Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Senior Debt Group, and he began his banking career as an Associate at Citigroup Securities in the Asset-Based Finance Group. Mr. Adipietro has a B.S. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
