Thomas L. Cassidy Jr.

Mr. Cassidy has more than 25 years of corporate and investment banking experience, with a primary focus on the origination, risk assessment and structuring of leveraged loans and high-yield debt securities for numerous transactions with corporate and private equity clients. Before joining CoveView, Mr. Cassidy was a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Leveraged Finance at BNP Paribas in New York. Before BNP he was a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Financial Sponsor Group and Co-Head of Chase Manhattan Bank’s Acquisition Finance Group. He was a Managing Director in the Chemical Bank Syndicated Finance Group and a founding member of the Manufacturers Hanover Special Finance Group. Mr. Cassidy has a B.A. in Economics from University of Colorado. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater New York.
